NEW YORK — On January 27, 2016 at 4:06 p.m. State Police in Marcy responded to a School Bus Crash on Smith Hill Rd in the Town of Deerfield.
The investigation revealed, Megan A. Gabor, age 36, of Tobinlea Circle in East Syracuse was heading northbound when she collided with a Whitesboro Central School District bus heading southbound. Gabor lost control of her vehicle causing it to spin out of control, striking the driver side of the bus. The Bus was occupied by 11 students and the bus driver who thankfully were uninjured.
Megan Gabor, also not injured was subsequently arrested for Aggravated DWI and Speeding. She will reappear in the Town of Deerfield Court at a later date.
