Heath and his two alleged accomplices Neil Long and Ryan Jay Falsone were stopped in Pennsylvania in the early hours of December 29.

Police believe that they had drove from California to Pennsylvania to sell large quantities of the drugs.

Police later held a press conference where they revealed the amount of marijuana seized saying the 122 packages were worth $2million.

The Yuba County District Attorney are reviewing all cases Heath investigated to determine if they were carried out correctly.

Police say the marijuana seized will be incinerated.
