A large explosion has been reported outside of a police HQ in Istanbul, witnesses described smoke rising from the scene.
The blast occurred inside a vehicle, wounding at least five people, local media reported.
The explosion occurred near a police station in the Yenibosna neighborhood of Istanbul.
