The Green Party request to recount paper ballots from the presidential election in Pennsylvania and inspect electronic systems for signs of hacking has been blocked by a federal judge.
Stein pursued her challenge, filing a federal lawsuit, which focused on seven counties, according to Stein’s Green Party campaign.
Stein’s New York attorney Ilann Maazel argued that Pennsylvania’s voting systems, which he claims are susceptible to hacking, are effectively disenfranchising voters in violation of the United States constitution.
