Officer Victor Ramirez has been charged with two counts of battery and one count of falsifying reports after a cellphone captured an incident between the officer and a man at the Broward Bus Terminal in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
In the video, a man in a gray hoodie, identified as Bruce Laclair, was attempting to use the restroom at the station when the officer was trying to escort him away.
You can see Officer Victor Ramirez close behind. Seconds later, Ramirez shoves Laclair to the ground. Then, the officer viciously slaps the man.
