A South Florida college is co-operating with police and warning fellow students over a man that has been seen crawling around the campus library smelling the feet of unsuspecting female students.
The ‘Serial Sniffer’ was first seen at Florida International University on August 29th.
The man was caught under a table on the seventh floor of the Green Library by a woman whose feet he was smelling.
Police believe the incident is of a sexual nature.
Security footage shows the man putting on a white baseball cap and black sunglasses after emerging from under the table.
The ‘creepy crawler’ is described as being in his late 40’s or early 50’s, about 200 pounds and around 6-feet-tall.
Cameras outside the library then captured the suspect riding off on a scooter.
He was wearing a red or orange t-shirt, dark shorts and dark shoes with white socks.
The man also had a backpack.
