Orlando, Florida – A federal criminal complaint has been filed charging Kevin Michael Hutchinson, 36, of Orlando with receipt of child pornography. If convicted, he faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 5 years, and up to 20 years, in federal prison.
According to the complaint, Hutchinson initially distributed child pornography via a mobile messaging application.
Then, hours before a federal search warrant was executed at his home yesterday, he received multiple images and videos of child pornography via the internet, officials say.
