ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — A Florida couple says they gave their teenage daughters, 13 and 14, cocaine and marijuana as incentive to do chores and go to school.
The father, 36-year-old Chad Mudd has been charged with possession of cocaine and child abuse. The mother, Joey Mudd, 34, has been charged with child abuse.
They were both arrested and both posted bail. Video report below:
