Former Miss Kentucky winner, and now a former middle school teacher has been charged with sending nude photos of herself to a 15-year-old boy, police say.
On Friday, Ramsey BethAnn Bearse, 28, of Charleston, WV, was arrested by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. She is charged with ‘distributing obscene materials to a minor.’
Police say Bearse sent topless photos of herself to the 15-year-old who was a former student of hers at Andrew Jackson Middle School.
Investigators were alerted after the boy’s parents discovered the images on his cell phone.
She is currently suspended from her teaching position. Bearse was released on a $10,000 property bond following her arraignment.
