Tampa Police say a 4-year-old child has been shot in the arm.
Police officers are at the scene of the incident which occurred at Oregon and Spruce Street.
The shooter is believed to be involved in a shoot-out with another individual, as the bullet went astray and hit an innocent 4-year-old child walking down the street with his mother.
Police say the child is in stable condition at the hospital.
