DECATUR COUNTY, TENNESSEE — Police say fugitive Scotty E. Priest is believed to be in the St. Clair County area. Priest is wanted on charges of Attempt to Commit an Act of Terrorism and harassment.
Priest has made online threats to kill Law Enforcement officers and specifically naming Decatur County officers. Priest is 6’1″, around 180 pounds, and has blue eyes and blond hair. He is a white male and around 53 years-old. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
