BARROW COUNTY, Ga. (WBIR) — A grandmother is voicing her anger with the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services after her granddaughter was killed by her father in October 2022, according to the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office. In 2016, Angel Ahearn’s mother died in a car crash in Monroe County. Since then, her grandmother, Monica Dunning, said that she was fighting for custody.
