LORAIN, Ohio (WKYC) — The Lorain Police Department on Wednesday released body camera footage showing one of its officers fatally shooting a dog this past weekend. The encounter first made headlines after neighbors posted their own footage of the incident on social media, which showed the Labrador retriever lying down hurt after being shot.
