Miami County, KANSAS — First responders were responding to an ‘aircraft emergency’ on Hillsdale Lake Sunday afternoon.
According to KCTV, an ’email was sent out by Johnson County confirming the response.’
Officials later said no plane crashed and no plane entered the water.

(Hillsdale Lake is a reservoir located in the northwestern part of Miami County, in northeast Kansas; it is approximately 30 mi from Kansas City.)
