TEXAS — Officials in Austin were responding to reports of multiple explosions in southwest Austin Sunday night.

According to Austin-Travis County EMS, a call was reported at 4721 Eagle Feather Drive and then in the 4800 block Dawn Song Drive. “Initial unconfirmed reports of 6 patients “on the ground”. Assets still responding…,” the department said in an alert.

At least two male victims have been taken to hospitals with serious injuries.

These reports come as Austin is haunted by a suspected package serial bomber.

Three explosions occurred over the period of 10 days in Austin, killing two people and injuring another two. A suspect has not been identified and the possibility that the explosions were racially motivated is being considered by police.
