WASHINGTON – The United States Capitol police said they were responding to a suspicious package at the Supreme Court building Tuesday. The ‘all-clear’ was later given.
“Staff and other personnel are directed to AVOID THIS AREA until further notice,” USCP said in an alert.
Roads in the area were closed due to the investigation.
No details were available regarding the contents of the package.
