HEADS UP NYC: Cops Seek To Locate Suspect Who Raped Woman In Queens

QUEENS — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection to a rape in Queens.

According to police, on Sunday, the suspect approached the 40 year-old female victim, in the South Ozone Park section of Queens, and displayed an imitation firearm. The individual proceeded to forcibly remove the victim to a secluded area where he raped her. EMS transported the victim to an area hospital for evaluation. The suspect is identified as George Persaud.

Persaud is 24 years-old, approximately 5’4″, approximately 150lbs, brown eyes, dark hair with shaved fade on side, facial hair on face and chin. The individual also has a tattoo across his chest that says “Only The Strong Survive”, a nautical star on his right hand, and tattoos on his right knuckles.
