HEADS UP NYC: Record Snowfall Expected Tues Morning As Rush Hour Begins

NYC could be hit with up to 4 inches of snow Tuesday as a fierce storm is expected to sweep through the area just in time for the morning commute, according to the National Weather Service. The snow is expected to begin around 7:00AM and carry into the late afternoon. It should stop around 4:00PM. Temps will drop to 24 degrees.

According to the NWS, the record snowfall for December 10th was back in 1932, when a storm dropped 1.3 inches on NYC.
