Surveillance video has confirmed what happened to a woman found crushed to death on a Brooklyn street last Friday.
61-year-old Estelle Davis, was killed near New Lots and Van Sinderen Avenues after a backhoe shovel hit her in the head before she was run over.
NYPD investigators initially thought the woman was struck by a car. It is believed the driver of the backhoe did not see Davis.
No charges have been filed but the investigation remains ongoing.
