MEMPHIS, Tennessee — 200 block/West Frank
Police say a man shot and killed a woman before shooting himself at a residence in Memphis.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the shooter later died at Regional Medical Center.
Investigators believe the shooting was related to a domestic issue.
No further details were available.
Memphis is a city in the southwestern corner of the State of Tennessee and the county seat of Shelby County.
The city is located on the fourth Chickasaw Bluff, south of the confluence of the Wolf and Mississippi rivers.
