Four people were found dead in the basement of a West Philadelphia home last Monday as police responded to a welfare check call.
Officers say the victims, two males and two females, were discovered at the scene in the 5100 block of Malcolm Street.
Police identified the deceased as Yaleah Hall, 17, Tiyaniah Rakele Hopkins, 20, 28-year-old Akeen Mattox and 31-year-old William Taylor.
All victims were found with a single gunshot wound to the head.
“All four of these individuals were executed,” Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross said, calling the crime an “absolutely evil thing to do.”
Ross added no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
