Woman Accused of Kidnapping Teen for Sex Arrested

NASHVILLE – (TBI) — A woman who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted list this week was arrested Friday night in Ashland, Kentucky.

Crystal Bradshaw was arrested without incident at an apartment at 1716 Ester Avenue in Ashland. The arrest was a joint effort between Special Agents with the TBI, troopers with the Kentucky State Police, officers with the Ashland Police Department in Kentucky and deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee.

Bradshaw, 41, was wanted for Felony Aggravated Kidnapping and Felony Trafficking for Commercial Sex Acts. The charges stem from the kidnapping of a 15-year-old Kentucky female who was recovered in Montgomery County, Tennessee.

EARLIER REPORT: A Montgomery County man faces multiple sex-related charges after he reportedly paid a Louisville Kentucky woman $700 to have sex with a minor (15-year-old girl); he then brought the minor back to his home in Clarksville and continued to have sex with her.

Ralph Goodwin, 65, who gave a 220 Fantasia Way address, was charged with statutory rape, aggravated kidnapping and trafficking for a commercial sex act. His bond was set at $1,000,000.

Investigators found that Goodwin paid Crystal Bradshaw, who coerced the minor into prostitution. Goodwin then had sex with her at an unknown location in Kentucky then brought her back to his home in Clarksville to continue to do so.

The man told the victim that Bradshaw would kill the victim if she tried to get away.

Bradshaw was transported to the Ashland Police Department where she was booked. She will await extradition to Tennessee.
