Monroe County, Arkansas — At least four people were shot, one fatally, at an apartment complex in Brinkley, Arkansas Thursday morning.
The gunfire rang out at the Pinewood Apartments—615 W. 6th Street—around 7:30 a.m.
Officials say a suspect is in custody and the incident is being investigated as a domestic situation.
Multiple agencies were on scene including the Sheriff’s office, the police department and the Arkansas State Police.
