PAULSBORO, NEW JERSEY — A shocking video posted online shows a woman reportedly overdosing on heroin as passers-by attempt to revive her before EMTs arrive.
The woman in the video is apparently Kelly-Mae Hemphill, 25. Hemphill, who has a 8-year-old daughter, says she isn’t worried about the incident and claims her daughter is not with her when she’s high.
She took to Facebook to defend her actions after the video went viral, saying, ‘My daughter doesn’t see it in person cause I’m not like that when I’m around her,’ …. ‘Yes she does not live with me so she does not see me high and you don’t know what I’ve been through.’
The woman told NBC10 she “is fine and her biggest concern was for her young daughter”, who has seen the video and has read the comments.
