CALIF — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man that was discovered on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at approximately 9:56 PM, in the 2200 block of East 120th Street, unincorporated Los Angeles.
Detectives have learned that the suspect and the victim were involved in an argument at the location. The suspect produced a gun and shot the victim.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim is described as 62-year-old Willie Millender.
The suspect is described as 48-year-old David Millender. He is a resident of Los Angeles. He is the brother of the victim.
The investigation is ongoing.
