Emergency personnel are on the scene of a building explosion with a partial collapse at 2nd Avenue and East 7th Street. The building is occupied, and there are reportedly many injuries reported. A command post of all NYC Emergency Agencies has been established on the corner of East 7th Street and 2nd Avenue. At this time 2 FDNY members are missing and an urgent role call has been issued to determine the whereabouts of the fire fighters.
