WATCH: (Scroll Down For Video) A woman was accidentally shot and killed during what police describe as ‘freaky sex’ inside of a Florida motel.
Tyrone Fields, aged 21, was arrested after he accidentally shot and killed Christina Meagher, 18, while role-playing during sex on November 7 inside a room at the Microtel Inn & Suites on Church Avenue, according to the Tampa Police Department.
Fields told investigators that the two were engaged in sexual activity when he put his gun to her head in a role-play scenario that she requested, WFLA reported.
He said he removed the magazine from the .9 mm pistol, but forgot to take the bullet out of the chamber.
Fields pulled the trigger and shot her in the head. He immediately called 911 and told investigators that it happened during ‘freaky sex’.
Meagher was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Investigators found a single fired projectile, a cartridge casing and the gun in the hotel room, ABC Action News reported.
Fields told police that he had only known Meagher for a couple of days before their date at the hotel.
Fields is being held in the Hillsborough County jail and his bond is set at $30,000.
He faces one count of manslaughter with a weapon and a felony one charge, according to his arrest record.
