A nurse has been arrested after an incapacitated woman gave birth to a baby boy at a health care facility in Arizona. Nathan Sutherland, a 36-year-old licensed practical nurse, was arrested on a sexual assault charge and one count of vulnerable adult abuse.
Police say DNA testing of a nurse and the baby born to an incapacitated woman at Hacienda Healthcare in Phoenix led them to charge the nurse with sexual assault.
