LOS ANGELES — L.A. Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are assisting the South Pasadena Police Department in the investigation surrounding the death of a man adult in his 40’s in South Pasadena.

South Pasadena Officers responded to the 500 block Five Oaks Drive, South Pasadena, regarding a domestic violence in progress call Saturday.

Responding officers found the front window of the location shattered and could hear the sound of screaming women inside. The officers made entry through the broken window and found the suspect in his 40’s stabbed and beaten. The South Pasadena Officers administered aid. South Pasadena Fire Department arrived on scene and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
