Osceola County, Florida – On July 15, Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Anthony James Debacco and charged him with Lewd & Lascivious Exhibition. The investigation began on July 11 when deputies responded to 1028 Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee.
Upon arrival, they spoke with the complainant who indicated her 15-year old daughter was waiting in the car as her mother was parking a shopping cart at Aldi’s. The daughter indicated a male, later identified as Debacco was parked next to them. He made eye contact and smiled at the daughter before lowering his window. She watched as he took down his pants and began inappropriately touching himself.
Once he saw the mother walking back to the car, he took an inappropriately photo of himself, held it to the window and drove away. The victim told her mother what occurred and the mother attempted to confront Debacco, but he drove away. She was able to obtain a license tag number which she provided to deputies.
Based on the information, detectives identified Debacco as a potential suspect and conducted a photo line up. The victim and mother both recognized him as the suspect. Detectives attempted to speak with Debacco, but he refused to be interviewed.
He was arrested and charged with one count of Lewd & Lascivious Exhibition. Debacco was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
