BALTIMORE — Police have shut down North Avenue near the same intersection in West Baltimore that became the epicenter of April’s riots, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Police were called to the scene of a man with a gunshot wound to the chest around 10:53 a.m. Monday.
Detectives are on scene. The condition of the victim is unknown. No arrests have been made.
A man was shot in the chest this morning in the same West Baltimore block as the CVS that was burned by rioters 3 months ago today.
