A corporate Twitter account for McDonald’s was reportedly ‘hacked’, after a tweet was published calling President Trump a ‘disgusting excuse for a President.’
The Tweet, which was pinned to the top of the account, mocked President Trump and called for the immediate return of former President Obama.
“@realDonaldTrump You are actually a disgusting excuse of a President and we would love to have @BarackObama back, also you have tiny hands,” the tweet read.
The account @McDonaldsCorp is the company’s corporate account and primarily publishes tweets about company news and initiatives, as well as replying to customers.
Former Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs is the executive vice president and global chief communications officer at McDonald’s.
