KENTUCKY — Police say ‘multiple’ people were shot inside a grocery store near Louisville, Kentucky Wednesday afternoon–at least one person is confirmed dead.
The scene is at the Kroger chain store in Jeffersonville—located at 9080 Taylorsville Road.
Witnesses told WAVE they ‘heard two bursts of gunfire inside the store before they saw two men exchanging gunfire in the parking lot moments later.’

Police say one suspect is in custody. It was unclear what prompted the violence.
