NEW YORK — State Police in Brunswick arrested 43 year old Matthew J. Mckay of Cohoes for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree, Exposure of a Person, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.
Troopers were called to a residence in Schaghticoke for a harassment complaint and found Mckay standing naked in the doorway of a garage in view of the public. He was highly intoxicated and had been in a physical confrontation with a man and a woman at the residence.
McKay was taken into custody and transported to the Brunswick barracks. While at the barracks McKay kicked a large hole in a wall causing several hundred dollars in damage.
McKay was arraigned in the Town of Schaghticoke Court and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail.
