A 100-year-old man killed his wife, 88, with an ax as she slept, the County Prosecutor said in a Tweet Monday.
The suspect then killed himself with a knife in the bathroom of the home.
The crime occurred Saturday and the couple was found dead Monday by a relative.
Police have not released a motive but say the couple had a history of domestic issues.
The two were identified as Rosalia & Michael Juskin.
