EL PASO — This morning Sgt. Kull and Deputy Allen came across a skunk near the road with a Pepsi can stuck on his head. With great bravery, both Kull and Allen were able to safely remove the can and guide him off of the busy roadway. Both walked away with a great story and clean uniforms. Great job guys!
