BRONX, New York – A female newborn baby with the umbilical cord still attached was reportedly thrown from a seventh floor window at 130 West 183rd Street in the Bronx Monday afternoon.
A passerby made the horrific discovery in the courtyard of the building.
Police said surveillance video shows the fall, and detectives are using that as part of their investigation. (Scroll down for video report)
The baby’s mother is at the hospital and the father is at the police precinct.
The investigation continues.
