WATERTOWN, NEW YORK — Last Wednesday, State Police in Watertown arrested Dr. Daniel E. Morgan, 36, from Watertown, NY, for sex abuse.
Doctor Morgan is accused of inappropriately touching a female patient during a chiropractic appointment at Morgan Osteopathic Medicine in Watertown, NY.
Morgan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Watertown Court on January 14, 2021, at 9 a.m.
