NYC: Warmer Temperatures and Light Rain Today, Low Temperatures and Wind Chills Monday Night

There is a chance of light rain and/ or freezing drizzle on Sunday, most likely after noon. Temperatures will rise to the mid 40s. Existing snow, slush, and water will likely freeze impacting the afternoon rush hour on Monday due to a cold front that moves into the area around sunset. Snow blocking drains may cause nuisance ponding of water.
