An NYPD sergeant has denied throwing semen at a female co-worker at their police headquarters.

Sgt. Michael Iscenko stands accused of the strange attack on an administrative aide on January 23 near the freight elevators of 1 Police Plaza – but he has only just been charged.

The 54 year-old officer reportedly told the victim he liked her before throwing his bodily fluid on her.

According to the New York Post, Iscekno also stole a shoe and a piece of clothing from the woman.

She told her superiors about the alleged attack straight away, prompting them to take action.

Iscenko, who lives on Long Island and is divorced, was suspended from the Organized Crime Bureau after the incident.

During his first appearance at Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor sexual abuse charges.

The judge set a $3,000 bail which was posted.

The sergeant was forced to undergo a DNA test after the allegations surfaced, but it is not clear whether the semen was his. He is due back in court on November 19.
