New York State Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred around 2:20am Saturday morning in the Town of Salina.
Police say the 22 year-old male victim was driving southbound on Old Liverpool Road just north of the City of Syracuse when an unknown person from another vehicle began shooting at the victim’s car.
The victim drove himself to St. Joseph’s Hospital where he was treated and released with 2 minor gunshot wounds to his back.
The investigation is ongoing.
