PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA – A middle school secretary was arrested and charged after she allegedly sent a Snapchat video of herself masturbating to a 14-year-old boy.
25-year-old Heather Matheisona, a secretary at Chasco Middle School, admitted to investigators that she sent the video to the teen after the boy told his mother about the video.
Matheison told officers she knew the child was a minor when she sent the risque video.
Matheisona is charged with ‘submitting electronic transmission material harmful to minors.’
