WISCONSIN — A man in custody escaped the Rock County Sheriff’s Office in October 2018 by jumping out a window head-first — while still wearing handcuffs. The window was approximately 12 feet high.
Quantrell D. Schwartzlow, 17, of 312 Mowe St., Orfordville, was caught hours later and charged with escape in the incident. He has pleaded not guilty, and his case is pending in Rock County Court.
