NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) – Video of a man inside a grocery store appears to show him surrendering to police before two NYPD officers beat him and then place him in handcuffs.
The video, obtained by the NY Daily News, shows the man put up both his hands, but the cops throw punches and strike him with a baton.
Thomas Jennings, an aspiring hip-hop artist, suffered cuts above his eye, reported the Daily News.
An investigation is ongoing.
