A large amount of death threats have been made against Nigel Farage who campaigned to leave the European Union.
The Tweets came from several people who campaigned to remain in the European Union.
One of the Tweets read; ‘If someone doesn’t shoot Farage’s brains out I fucking will YOU FUCKING CUNT.’
Another went so far to say that they would condone a terrorist attack on Nigel; ‘All I’m saying is if I stumbled across a terrorist plot to kill Farage and Boris I’d give them directions to London.’
This is not the first time left wing remain campaigners have used extreme actions over the European Union referendum.
Breaking911 recently reported on how a journalist was attacked at an anti-Brexit rally in London, many of the demonstrators were holding signs that read; ‘Old white people, please die.’
The media has largely ignored this issue, instead they have focused on the apparent racism the Brexit vote has caused.
Many of the threatening Tweets that Nigel has received advocated for his death by any means possible.
Users of social media who discovered these Tweets confirmed they would report them to the authorities.
Nigel Paul Farage is a British politician and former commodity broker. He is the leader of the UK Independence Party, having held the position since November 2010.
