Shared intelligence and collaboration between NYPD units resulted in the recovery of over 70 illegally possessed firearms in Queens. On April 14th, 81 Precinct Field Intelligence Sergeant Hirsch developed information regarding a large cache of weapons and ammunition. Sergeant Hirsch and his team began an investigation and set up surveillance at the location. They then obtained a search warrant from the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
