A study has revealed that European cities accepting large amounts of migrants has had a negative impact on their community.
A study by the European Commission studied people’s quality of life, education, housing, happiness and the impant of migrations.
When respondents were asked if foreigners integrated well, less than half of them agreed.
76% of people in Athens said that migrants did not integrate well.
The previous survey was conducted in 2012, the opinion of migrants dropped significantly in Istanbul, dropping 33%.
Six Italian cities were asked if the presence of foreigners was positive, all six of them were among the lowest of this ranking.
