Suspected Colorado Murderer Apologizes For Not Remembering Why He Murdered His Victims

Amanda J. Anders, 19, and Nancy Worrell, 22, were shot on Friday in an apartment block in Denver, Colorado . Jose Gabriel King from Colorado was arrested on Wednesday after as police suspected that he has shot two women with a .45-caliber handgun at a Denver apartment.

Residents of the apartment building called the police after they heard gunshots late Wednesday night. According to police reports, King attempted to flee after the shooting to find his father, saying that he needed to apologize, according to CBS Denver. The father also contacted police.

Yet the 22-year-old King claimed, having been pulled over half naked and then arrested by police, that he had “done nothing bad tonight.” He then told the officer to arrest him and take him to jail.

While King was being held on suspicion of first degree murder, he apologized for not remembering the events which culminated in him murdering his roommate and her friend.
