WATCH: (Scroll Down For Video) A man that driving a stolen pickup truck in San Francisco attempted to evade police by jumping over an overpass, he then fell to his death inside of a cemetery.
Police initially discovered the stolen vehicle around noon on Thursday and proceeded to give chase.
Paul Giacomoni, aged 40, pulled over at first, but then sped off, leading police on a low-speed pursuit.
He then stopped near highway 238, he got out the vehicle and then ran.
Giacomoni scaled a fence and fell 30-40 feet to his death.
His body was discovered shortly after on the ground inside a cemetery.
Police say that Giacomoni has a long criminal history for weapons, violence, and other crimes.
The officers are now on paid administrative leave while an investigation ensues.
