Teen Girls In NY Booked on Heroin, Cocaine, Weapons Charges

NEW YORK — On March 20, 2016 at approximately 7:23 p.m., State Police in Fulton were dispatched to the William J. Farley Community Park on Chestnut Street in the Town of Schroeppel, Oswego County, for a complaint of two females acting suspiciously and possibly using drugs in a vehicle in the parking lot.

State Police arrived and located the vehicle parked in the parking lot with two females inside. Investigation at the scene revealed the seventeen year old passenger had in her possession cocaine, heroin, prescription medications, amphetamine pills, marijuana, a portable scale, and a metal knuckle knife.

The passenger was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where she was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, all class “A” misdemeanors, and two counts of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court at a later date.
